Stephen Rosenhek is Co-Managing Partner of Richter Consulting with over twenty
years of experience in financial reorganization, turnarounds, and transaction
advisory. Stephen is a recognized expert in addressing troubled company situations.
He assists clients in determining appropriate strategies for carrying out financial
restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, refinancings, and operational
reorganizations.
Stephen's leadership and expertise span diverse industries such as
manufacturing, distribution, retail, capital equipment, leasing, transportation, entertainment
and jewelry. Stephen has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to successfully negotiate,
structure, and coordinate the sale of financially distressed companies.
Stephen's reputation and skills led to his prestigious appointment to the Board
of Directors of a $3B governmental industrial fund. He has lectured to numerous
equity sponsors, financial institutions, and at University Graduate programs regarding
distressed M&A, workouts, and finance. Stephen is the managing partner of the
consulting practice of the Richter Group, is on the Board of Directors of the Richter
Group of companies, and founded the firm's corporate finance department.
