consulting and transaction advisory experience. Marc is highly skilled
in the development/assessment of business plans, financial projections, and in cash
flow forecasting and controls. His expertise spans a variety of industries including
retail,
manufacturing, equipment rentals, construction, distribution, technology,
and entertainment.
Marc also has significant experience in the M&A field, having represented diverse constituents on many engagements. Whether it be negotiating the terms of a transaction,
overseeing comprehensive due diligence, or planning post transaction integration,
Marc provides insightful guidance to his clients.
His experience in complex transactions include the recent acquisition of the 1,000-store
Casual Corner apparel chain, the major acquisition by one of the largest global
entertainment services company, the sale of a 250-store formalwear company in bankruptcy
(Gingiss/Gary's), the sale of a $400MM construction equipment distributor, and the
divestiture of a privately held $200MM consumer products distributor.
