Louise Davey
is an Operations and Technology strategist with 18 years of experience in the high-tech, engineering, pharmaceutical and service industries.
Louise has extensive solution/system architect level knowledge, senior level project management and business process analysis skills
with large scale and international project experience. Her specialization is in business strategy and project execution with expertise
in sales and marketing, technology and human resource management.
Prior to joining Richter Consulting, Louise was the COO of Imagina Solutions, an IT professional services firm where she headed up
the Strategic Consulting practice for 4 years. Louise also spent 12 years as a consultant in the areas of business architecture,
process re-engineering, change management and information technology integration.
Recent engagements have included the evaluation of the organizational effectiveness and sales strategy for a $70MM marketing
and software development company, as well as the assessment of a SAP inventory implementation for a $200MM retail clothing chain.
