Jennifer Rhee is a tax practitioner with over 10 years of experience in international taxation, transfer pricing in particular.
Jennifer’s experience extends well outside of the consultancy realm as she has also acquired extensive industry experience working in both
the finance and tax departments of major corporations.
Jennifer has extensive knowledge and expertise in both inbound and outbound international tax issues and she has been involved in the
structuring and planning of numerous cross-border investments and transactions.
As an integral part of international taxation, transfer pricing is a major concern in cross-border tax issues.
Jennifer has had extensive experience with all aspects of transfer pricing, including planning and recommending appropriate transfer pricing policies,
integrating transfer pricing considerations within the larger context of global tax minimization strategies, assisting businesses with the
implementation of their transfer pricing policies, preparing contemporaneous documentation in accordance with OECD Guidelines,
assisting clients with the defense of their transfer pricing practices under tax audits and finally, assisting with dispute resolution in double taxation matters.
In addition to her practical and professional experience in the areas of cross-border tax and transfer pricing, Jennifer is actively involved
at an international level, participating in and contributing to the establishment of guidelines by the OECD in transfer pricing and tax treaty matters.
She is a frequent speaker on transfer pricing matters and has authored a number of articles on current transfer pricing issues.
