Howard Gross is Co-Managing Partner of Richter Consulting with over twenty
years of advisory experience consulting on complex financial and business matters
in a wide variety of engagements.
Howard advises lending syndicates and management teams in dealing with underperforming
companies and the analysis/development of strategic options in many industries,
including manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, rental, and transportation.
As an established advisory expert with an exhaustive track-record, he has led many
important engagements ranging from the sale of a $300MM aviation parts distributor,
the restructuring of a multi-divisional $200MM automotive aftermarket manufacturer,
to the refinancing of a $500MM national furniture manufacturer.
Howard has lectured at turnaround conferences and is often called upon to speak
at executive training programs at major financial institutions on topics such as
assessing management, workout fundamentals, and advanced cash flow diagnostics.
Howard sits on the Management Committee of the Richter Group's Financial Advisory
practice.
