Mark Hindson is a Principal of Richter Consulting with over seventeen years of experience. Mark is highly proficient at business assessments, creating analytical models, structuring investment solutions and managing engagement dynamics. Mark’s broad industry background includes experience with companies focused on manufacturing, media, chemicals, energy, healthcare and distribution.

Before joining the firm, Mark spent 12 years as a senior lender with various firms including Quinten Road Fund, CIT, and GE Antares Capital, where he was responsible for investments in sponsored leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to this experience, Mark spent five years at a major accounting firm working on strategy consulting, business valuation and audit engagements.
