Marc Yedid is a Partner of Richter Consulting with over twelve years of financial consulting, restructuring and transaction advisory experience. Marc is highly skilled in the development/assessment of business plans, financial projections, and in cash flow forecasting and controls. His expertise spans a variety of industries including retail, equipment rentals, distribution, construction, direct to consumer marketing, as well as exhibition and entertainment sectors.
Marc also has significant experience in the M&A field, having represented diverse constituents on many engagements. Whether it be negotiating the terms of a transaction, overseeing comprehensive due diligence or planning post transaction integration Marc provides insightful guidance to his clients.
His experience in complex transactions includes several recent acquisitions across North America and Europe on behalf of the leading global entertainment services company, the acquisition of the 1,000-store Casual Corner apparel chain, the sale of a $400MM construction equipment distributor, and the divestiture of a privately held $200MM consumer products distributor.
