Howard Gross is a partner of RCI, with over twenty years of experience in a wide variety of engagements. Howard is a trusted recognized advisor in dealing with underperforming loans and in the formulation of strategic alternatives, primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
Howard has recently led several engagements on behalf of large lender groups with exposure to service providers in numerous industries. These engagements have included in-depth assessments of liquidity, bankruptcy implications and alternatives, refinancing, and formulation of exit strategies. He has a proven track record of successful financial and operational restructurings both within and outside bankruptcy.
Howard has lectured at turnaround conferences and is often called upon to speak at executive training programs at major financial institutions on topics such as assessing management, forensic accounting, workout fundamentals, and advanced cash flow diagnostics.
Howard sits on the Management Committee of the Richter Group's Financial Advisory practice.
