Gilles Robillard is a Partner of Richter Consulting with more than twenty years experience in complex financial consulting, restructuring and bankruptcy engagements in a wide variety of financial sectors.

Gilles has been involved in major cross-border and international restructuring as Monitor and has been instrumental in successfully restructuring large companies in various industries, including, chemicals, high-tech, communications, airlines and forestry. He has further been involved in major business acquisitions in Canada and the United States.

As an established advisor, he has an exhaustive track record, having led in various capacities many major international engagements in the high technology, aviation, heavy equipment, and leisure and communication industry.

Gilles has lectured and has written articles about cross-border restructuring and other turnaround issues.

Gilles sits on the Management Committee of the Richter Group Financial Advisory practice.
