Richter Consulting, Inc.'s experienced professionals provide the necessary support to companies facing a crisis situation, including the inability to meet current obligations, departure of key management personnel, loss of critical customers, accounting or borrowing base restatements and fraud. • Development and/or assessment of restructuring plans and turnaround initiatives.
