To meet the rapidly growing demand of our consulting practice, Richter is now hiring Vice-Presidents (Directors)
with 8+ years of relevant experience (restructuring, corporate finance, transaction advisory, and/or consulting)
as well as Associates (minimum 3 years’ related experience)
to join our dynamic team of professionals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Professional certification such as CTP, CPA, CFA, CIRA, MBA, or equivalent;
- Financial modeling, including fully integrated 3-financial statement models;
- Analytical skills (understanding complex business issues, creative problem solving, quantitative analysis, work flow processes, etc.);
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills;
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate with client personnel and other professionals, in demanding, deadline-driven situations;
- Proficient with PC environments and related software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Willing to travel part-time.
