Andrew specializes in insolvency restructuring, crisis management, financial reorganization and forensic
investigations/litigation support. Andrew has worked on a variety of assignments in diverse industries including
manufacturing, food and beverage, aviation, retail, real estate, and construction.
Andrew is well versed in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings having represented diverse constituents
including senior lenders, debtors, and creditors' committees. He has played a key role in numerous
large cases such as Recoton (a $500MM consumer products distributor), Wellington (a $150MM cordage manufacturer),
a $300MM aviation parts distributor, Eaton ($1B department store chain),
Matlack (a $150MM bulk transporter), and BCI (a $120MM beverage distributor).
He has also been involved in many important investigative and litigation support assignments addressing
misappropriation of funds, negligence, and auditor liability.
