Alon has advised clients in a number of significant, complex divestiture and recapitalization transactions and has been actively
involved in purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment engagements. He has worked in a variety of sectors including retail,
distribution, real estate, financial services, manufacturing and high technology.
Recent engagements have included advisor to the seller of $100MM apparel manufacturer which included identification of
potential acquirers, preparation of a CIM and data room, and negotiation of the asset purchase agreement.
Alon also prepared a valuation report used to determine the purchase price allocation pursuant to the acquisition of a $
250MM pharmaceutical business.
